국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 중소기업청 상권정보시스템, 나이스비즈맵(Nicebizmap), 지오비전(Geovision) 상권분석시스템의 개요, 자료 출처 및 갱신 주기, 주요 서비스의 특징을 비교함으로써 각 시스템을 이용할 때 가장 적절하고 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 각 시스템의 개요 및 변수 등을 비교 분석한 결과, 중소기업청의 상권정보시스 템은 인구, 기관, 점포 등에 대한 공공데이터에 가장 큰 강점을 가지고 있다. 그리 고 나이스비즈맵은 매출액과 같은 금융정보의 신뢰도가 높다. 마지막으로 지오비전은 이동통신 정보를 활용하여 산출한 유동인구 정보가 가장 신뢰도가 높다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare the commercial district information system, Nicebizmap and Geovision in terms of the commercial analysis system, data sources, update cycle, and the features of major services, in order to suggest the most effective method of using each system. The comparison between the two systems shows that the commercial district information has a great advantage in public data, such as population, organization, store, and so on. On the other hand, Nicebizmap turns out to have the highest reliability in terms of financial information. Lastly, Geovision is highly reliable when using the calculated floating population information interpreted based on the mobile communication information.
