자기조절학습능력과 영재성 구인 비교

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영재교육 분야에서 이루어진 자기조절학습능력 구인과과 영재성구인을 비교 분석하고 이를 통해 자기조절학습능력을 영재성 구인으로 볼 수 있는지에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 교육 및 심리학 분야를 중심으로 학술연구정보서비스(www.riss.kr)를 통하여 2003년부터 2014년 9월까지 발표된 자기조절학습 연구과 영재성 연구 중 자기조절학습능력과 영재성 구인 연구들을 추출하여 국내 25편, 국외 8편 총 33편을 분석하였다. 33편의 논문 분석 결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기조절학습능력은 대표적인 영재성 이론에서 다루지 못한 영재성 구인들을 다루고 있어 영재성을 좀 더 포괄적으로 설명할 수 있다. 둘째, 영재성을 영재의 인지적 특성, 정의적 특성, 사회‧정서적 특성으로 보는 관점에서의 영재성의 구인과 자기조절학습능력을 인지조절, 동기조절, 행동조절로 보는 관점에서의 자기조절학습능력의 하위구인들이 일치하는 부분이 많다. 마지막으로 영재학생의 자기조절학습능력은 일반학생과 비교하여 거의 모든 하위 구인들에서 높게 나타남으로 자기조절학습능력을 영재성의 구인으로 볼 수 있다고 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to present some implications whether self-regulated learning ability can be seen as a construct of giftedness by comparing and analyzing researches on self-regulated learning and giftedness in terms of the constructs of self-regulated learning ability and the constructs of giftedness. 25 domestic papers and 8 international paper published from January 2003 to September 2014 were screened by key words, self-regulated learning and giftedness, and analyzed. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, self-regulated learning does cover not only the components of giftedness, but also other components of giftedness, which menas it explains giftedness more comprehensively. Second, in the two points of view that giftedness is defined as cognitive, affective, social and emotional characteristics that the gifted have and self-regulated learning ability is composed of cognitive, motivational and behavioral aspects, there are many common features between components of giftedness and ones of self-regulated learning. Finally, comparing gifted students with normal students, it is analyzed that the gifted have better self-regulated learning ability on almost all of the components, so it can be concluded that self-regulated learning ability can be seen as a construct of giftedness.
