국문 초록

최근 네트워크 환경과 IT기술의 고도화로 모바일 기기사용이 보편화되면서 공간정보와 관련한 다양한 분야에서 모바일 GIS 기술을 이용해 위치정보의 공유와 제공이 이루어지고 있다. 지적측량 현장에서도 디지털화된 전자평판측량 기술의 도입으로 측량방법의 발전을 가져왔다. 그러나 보다 현장 측량의 효율화를 위해서는 모바일 환경을 활용할 수 있는 측량지원 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지적측량 현장에서 모바일 GIS 기술을 활용하여 현장에서 관측된 위치정보를 실시간으로 공유할 수 있는 지적측량 현장지원시스템을 설계 개발하였다. 그리고 이를 실제 현장에 적용해 봄으로써 효율성을 입증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발 제안한 시스템은 위성영상과 지적도 등의 공간정보를 바탕으로 실시간 위치정보를 공유함으로써 지적측량 업무의 효율성과 생산성 향상을 위한 의사결정도구로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

With the recent popularization of mobile devices resulting from the advancement of network environments and IT technologies, positional information is being shared and provided using mobile GIS technologies in a variety fields relevant to spatial information. In the cadastral surveying industry, the introduction of digitized electronic plane table surveying technologies led to the advancement of surveying methods. However, for more efficient on-site surveying, an on-site cadastral surveying support system which can use a mobile environment needs to be developed. In this study, the on-site cadastral surveying support system that can share positional information observed on the site using mobile GIS technologies in real time was designed and developed. In addition, its efficiency was demonstrated through a field application. The system, proposed in this study, is expected to be able to be used as a decision-making tool that improves the efficiency and productivity of cadastral surveying by sharing real-time positional information based on spatial information including satellite images, cadastral maps, etc.
