국문 초록

본 연구는 역사 도시재생 정책이나 사업 추진과정에서 지적원도가 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다는 것을 실증적 사례분석을 통해 제시하고자 하였다. 지적원도의 유용성을 제시하기 위해 다음의 세 가지 측면을 고려하였다. 첫째, 현대의 좌표체계와의 정합성 문제이다. 둘째, 점, 선, 면적인 역사환경의 분석 사례를 통해 지적원도의 유용성을 제시한다. 셋째, 기존 수치지형도 등 국가공간정보체계와의 연계가 가능한 지를 살펴본다. 분석결과, 지적원도는 현대적 측량기법으로 구축되었고, 조선시대 후기에서부터 일제강점기 기간까지의 도시형태와 구조를 파악할 수 있어 자료적 측면에서 가치가 높다. 또 현대의 국가공간정보체계와 통합이 용이하며 도시재생정책 측면에서 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study demonstrates that the original cadastral map is useful for the establishment of historic urban regeneration policies. In the next three viewpoints, we propose an effectiveness of the original cadastral map in planning process of urban regeneration: 1) the location coordinates calibration between the original cadastral map and modern digital maps, 2) an analysis results of the historical environments of points, lines and polygons based on overlay analysis in GIS, 3) integration of the national spatial data infrastructure and the original cadastral map. As the result, the original cadastral map built by modern surveying method can be transformed into modern projected coordinate system in brief. In addition to, this map include various urban informations of the urban form, structure and so on from the late Chosun dynasty to the japanese colonial era. Therefore, the original cadastral map is very useful for urban generation policies.
