국문 초록

본 논문에서는 기 존의 취업지원시스템들이 효율성 만을 추구하는 문제점을 개선하고 대 학생들에게 효과적인 직업진로상담시스템 운영에 대한 심도있는 이해가 필요하다는 전제하에 소통의 기능을 적용한 사이버 진로상담 시스템의 설계 모형을 구현하였다. 특히 학생-상담자-관리자의 사용자 입장에서 사이버 진로상담 시스템을 활용하는 모형을 구현하였으며, 학생이 요구하는 분야별 진로상담 내용과, 진로상담사가 제공하는 구체적인 진로상담의 항목을 현실적으로 제시하고 있다. 나아가 대학생 진로상담이 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있도록 사이버 진로상담의 발전방향을 다각도로 모색하였다. 차후에 는 상담시스템을 현업에서 활동하는 취업선배 들과의 소통의 창구로 활용하여 직업분야별 성공하는 포트폴리오 전략을 파악하는 시스템으로 확장하도록 한다.

영문 초록

In this paper, the existing employment support systems to improve the efficiency problem that only pursuit. Cyber career counseling system design model was implemented applying the function of communication with the assumption that College students need in-depth understanding about effective professional career counseling system operation. In particular, we implement a model to take advantage of the cyber career counseling system for 'the student-counselor-administrator'. Students will be required to present a detailed sectoral information, career counseling career counseling and career counselor of topics that provide practical. Furthermore college career counseling is sought from various angles the direction of development of cyber cyber counseling to help effectively achieved. Later is used as a window of communication with seniors acting career counseling system in production and to expand the system to identify sectoral portfolio career success strategies.
