영문 초록

The objective of this study is to suggest a plan to improve community welfare delivery system on the basis of outcomes and limitations of recent reforming actions by the central government and demonstration project by the local government(Cheongju city). Recently central government has been trying to community welfare delivery system while establishing public case management system and national integrated welfare information system. However, it is uncertain that these reforms have solved various problems of existing community welfare delivery system. The best ways to reforming community welfare delivery system are as follows. First, it is needed that comprehensive gate keeping and case management system for community welfare services is established. Second, it is needed that finding private resources driven by local government is developed. Third, it is needed that quality control system of welfare service is established.
