영문 초록

Since Community Service Innovation program has launched in 2007, local-level social service planning and evaluation have been much developed. In stark contrast to services for children which are relatively well expanded in response to family needs, services for elderly are extremely under-developed. Providers in elderly services form only 5.2% among Chungbuk CSI programs. Based on the discussion and data analysis from two time FGIs, National Survey on the Elderly Life Conditions and Welfare Needs(2011), and local government-community forum, five new programs are proposed: cognition ability enhancing service for dementia prevention, education for computer and information application, Welfare information offering and escort service for bank and hospital, leisure activities, combined services for active ageing. Constant program development, assessment, and re-planning are inevitable in consideration of elderly's need changes.
