영문 초록

The Banquet service of hotel not only increase profit on the banquet department, but also increase their revenue for the room and other departments. The purpose of this study was to make empirical analysis on the relationship between consumption values and banquet selection attributes recognized by consumers in consumers' choosing of results. This study conducted a sample of 440 consumers, verified 6 hypotheses using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factors analysis, canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. In addition, the results are expected to be usable as basic data for establishing various marketing strategies and improving management in connection to CV, hotel banquet selection attributes, consumer satisfaction and repurchase.
