직업재활 현장실습 운영 실태조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 전국의 장애인복지관에서 실시하고 있는 직업재활 현장실습의 운영 실태에 대한 포괄적이고 기본적인 자료를 구축하여 효과적인 직업재활 현장실습 운영을 위한 기초자료로 삼고자 한다. 조사는 한국장애인복지관협회 회원기관 202개소의 직업재활 현장실습 지도자를 대상으로 설문조사 방법으로 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용한 빈도분석으로 처리하였다. 장애인복지관 직업재활 현장실습 운영실태조사의 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실태조사에 참여한 기관의 특성은 서울, 경기도 등 수도권 지역의 종합복지관이 높은 비율을 보였다. 둘째, 직업재활 현장실습 운영 관련한 결과는 직업재활 현장실습 실시가 64.4%로 나타났다. 실습시기는 학기 중 또는 방학 중 모두 실시가 높았다. 실습생 모집 시 고려사항은 실습기관 선정 동기로 나타났고, 실습생 모집은 실습생 본인이 신청하는 방법을 많이 이용하였다. 셋째, 실습기관의 실습지도자와 관련해서는 최종학력은 대학교 졸업 이상이고 실습지도자의 전공은 직업재활 또는 사회복지전공자가 대부분이었다. 실습지도자의 직위는 선임이상, 실습지도자 자격요건은 근무경력이 중요하게 나타났다. 한 회기 실습기간에 실습지도자의 실습지도 학생 수는 평균 3.4명으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실습지도자의 실습지도 관련 조사결과, 실습지도자의 직업재활 현장실습지도 내용은 직업적응훈련, 직업상담 등 직업재활 전 과정의 프로그램들이 다양하게 나타났다. 수퍼비전은 정기적, 개별 수퍼비전 유형, 실습일지 검토 방법이 높았다. 실습지도의 문제점은 실습지도자의 업무과다가 가장 높았고, 실습지도의 효율화 방안은 이론과 현장의 연계라는 응답이 가장 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to build up basic data base for effective management of vocational rehabilitation practicum. This consists of wide range of data which include the current status of vocational rehabilitation practicum in nationwide community rehabilitation center for persons with disabilities. The survey data was collected by the leaders of field vocational rehabilitation practicum in 202 South Korea Disabled Welfare Association member institutions. The data were analyzed by frequency using method due to SPSS 22.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, the participating institutes are mostly concentrated in Seoul or nearby regions. Second, the carrying out of field practicum is 64.4% in the results of whole vocational rehabilitation practicum. The time period of practicum is equally high regardless of semester vacation or not. The practicum participants are mostly self-volunteered and their priority for choice of the institutes is reputation. Third, the supervisor of field practicum are college-graduated at minimum and their major is vocational rehabilitation or social welfare. They are mostly senior position in the institutes. Their annual career counts as well. The averaged practicum participants per one cycle are 3.4 persons for each leader. Fourth, the ingredients of the field practicum program are training for work adjustment, vocational counselling etc. The supervisions are regular, individual and the reading of practicum reports. The problems are too hihg load to the leaders. This should suggest the effective connection of policy and the situation in the field.
