영문 초록

The aim of this study is to survey management performance according to employees' job satisfaction in family restaurants. The questionnaire used in this study was designed to measure all variables in the research model. It was distributed to 306 employees and 32 managers of family restaurants, from October 1 to 7, 2004. A total of 303(for employees) and 32(for mangers) usable questionnaires were received amounting to a 55.0 percent response rate. Statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win(11.0) for frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Anova, t-test, corelation, cluster analysis, regression. As the results, employees of family restaurants are satisfied with duty, not satisfied with company. As management performance, the score of education and development was high, the financial result is low. There is close correlation between the satisfaction of senior and every factor of management performance such as financial result, customer satisfaction, process, and educationㆍdevelopment. As regression analysis, the financial result is influenced by the satisfaction of senior and business, the customer satisfaction is influenced by the satisfaction of senior, fellow and business, the process is influenced by the satisfaction of senior, fellow, business, job condition, the educationdevelopment is influenced by the satisfaction of senior, business and fellow.
