영문 초록

This paper is to propose a meaningful point by actual investigation on what are the main factors increasingly causing hoteliers physical and emotional fatigue due to characteristics and variety of their work and human relationships and duty rotation of 24 hours. For the target objects in this paper, we surveyed mainly hoteliers who work for hotels registered in Korea Tourist hotel association as cookers by questionnaires and sample size was 200 employees in above conditions and surveying period was from end of June to end of July, 2006. In the result of survey, there appeared differences in fatigue depending on work type, and for the type of work, work time of employees in their night duty appeared longer than those of employees in daylight duty and more career than employees in daylight. In addition, regarding preventing environmental problems as well, it appeared that employees in their night duty had no basic information and regular meal due to their work time.
