영문 초록

This paper tried to identify the impacts of job characteristics on customer orientation, organizational commitment in the casino industry. This study had three purposes: 1) To examine the relationship between job characteristics and customer orientation 2) To examine the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment. 3) To suggest plans that help to manage in the casino industry. Prepared questionnaires were distributed to 300 sample employees working in domestic casino. Among 300 questionnaires, 275 respondence were collected. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, employees' customer orientation have been affected by importance of task, autonomy of job, role ambiguity among the job characteristic factors. Secondly, customer orientation has not affected by challenge for job. Finally, organizational commitment have been affected by all factors of the job characteristic.
