영문 초록

It is believed that a variety of skills and talents are needed to be successful entrepreneurs since those skills and talents enable them to survive in a market place which is characterized by strong competition. Accordingly, more and more public and public and private organization offer formal programs that train entrepreneurs and nascent entrepreneurs to develop various skills and talents needed for business successes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of trainees and lecturers who participate in an entrepreneurship education program provided by Korea Restaurant Association. Specifically, this study examines if there is any differences between lecturers and trainees with regard to the perceptions of the essential components of entrepreneurship education programs for the food service operation.
