영문 초록

New type of restaurants and menus have been developed in keen competition. In this circumstance, restaurants need developing differential strategy to satisfy customers. As we study the difference of selection attributes that affects customer satisfaction of classified restaurants, we would like to set the fundamental of strategy development. General service factors that include cleanness, kindness, and fast service affect customer satisfaction in four types of restaurant. However, social and conspicuous factor affect customer satisfaction in Chinese restaurant. the factor of seeking new thing affects customer satisfaction in Italian restaurant, health factor affects customer satisfaction in seafood restaurant, and additional service factor affect customer satisfaction in American restaurant. The earlier studies measured satisfaction and motivation related to customer characteristic. As we found selection attributes of family restaurant type affects customer satisfaction. We could get conclusion that Chinese, Italian, American and Seafood restaurants should set and execute each different strategies.
