외식학 연구동향의 계량서지학적 분석

국문 초록

학문의 지식체계를 연구하는 계량서지학적 분석을 통하여 외식학 연구분야의 구조를 분석하고 연구동향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 외식학 석박사 학위논문의 제목에 나타난 단어를 계량서지학적으로 분석하여 외식학 연구의 지식체계를 시각화하였다. 세부연구과제로는 외식학 연구의 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 주요분야를 선정하였으며 주요분야의 점유율, 증가율 분석, 교차분석, 연도별 교차분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구는 연구자들이 연구주제를 선택할 때 의사결정에 도움이 되는 정량적인 자료를 제공하고, 학문의 균형적인 발전을 위한 기초연구가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The study analyzed the structure of the research field of Foodservice Studies through a bibliometrical analysis as Bibliometrics studies the knowledge system of studies, and looked into the research trend. Also, the study visualized the knowledge system of Foodservice Studies by analyzing words in the title of the master’s and doctorate theses of Foodservice Studies bibiliometrically. Regarding detailed research projects, the study conducted a frequency analysis of Foodservice Studies, selected the relevant major field, and carried out an analysis of the market share and an increase ratio of the major field as well as a cross-tabulation analysis and a cross-tabulation analysis by year. This study will furnish quantitative data which helps in decision-making during the selection of research topics by researchers, and will be basic research for the balanced advancement of studies.
