국문 초록

PET검사의 기전은 양전자를 방출하는 방사성의약품을 환자에게 정맥주사 하여 인체 해부학적인 형태 변화가 생기기전 단계인 기능적, 생화학적인 변화를 관찰하고 인체의 대사 이상 유무를 찾아 질병을 조기에 발견한다. 표준섭취계수(Standard Uptake Value, SUV)란 암세포가 포도당을 섭취하는 정도를 정량화하여 수치로 나타낸 것을 말한다. SUV값의 기준은 3.0이상을 악성병변 3.0 미만을 양성병변으로 하여, 방사성동위원소 섭취 비를 구하였다. 악성 폐종양환자의 경우 SUV가 9.0, 림프종양의 경우 6.5 이상, 악성 간종양의 경우 9.5으로 나타났다. PET-CT 영상은 PET과 CT 장점을 결합한 검사로 한 번의 검사로 많은 진단적 정보를 획득할 수 있고, 병변의 진단과 병변주위의 위치감별 등에 우수한 검사이며, SUV를 이용한 판별법은 종양의 악성과 양성병변 구분에 적합한 검사로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The mechanism of PET scan positron emitting radiopharmaceuticals to patients and intravenous forms of the human anatomy functional changes occur in the previous step , and biochemical changes in the body's metabolic abnormalities observed locate the early detection of the disease. The Standard uptake value (SUV) is the degree to which the cancer cells to consume glucose quantification refers to the numerical expression. After setting the SUV of the malignant lesions as over 3.0 and the SUV of the benign lesions as less than 3.0, then the radioisotope uptake ratio was calculated. In the case of malignant pulmonary tumor SUV was shown as 9.0, and 9.5 in the case of malignant hepatoma, respectively. In the case of positive lymphoma, the SUV had over than 6.5. PET-CT imaging combines the advantages of PET and CT scan tests as much as one can obtain diagnostic information and location of lesions in the diagnosis and differentiation of lesions and excellent check around and , SUV and using a criterion of malignant tumors classification of benign lesions to feed the appropriate inspection.
