국문 초록

국민 소득 수준이 향상됨에 따라 안전 욕구에 대한 사회적 요구가 점차 증가하고 있는 실정으로, 여성의 경우 유방암의 조기 진단을 위하여 유방촬영용 장치를 이용하고 있다. 최근 국제적으로 과도하거나 불필요한 방사선에 의하여 의료 정당성에 위배될 가능성이 있어 IEC 60601-2-45 “Particular requirements for the basic safety and essential performance of mammographic X-ray and mammographic stereotactic devices” 규격에 따라 안전성 품질 평가를 시행하도록 권고하고 있다. 국내에서도 유방촬영장치의 안전성 품질 평가를 3년 주기로 시행하고 있으며, 진단용 방사선 발생 장치의 안전 관리에 관한 규칙이 보건복지부령으로 공포되면서 유방촬영용 장치가 추가로 분류되어 안전관리 및 품질평가 시험 항목을 선정하고 검사기관을 지정하여 관리하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 시행하고 있는 안전성 품질평가 항목과 IEC 60601-2-45 3판 항목을 비교하여 동일한 항목에 관한 기준과 방법의 비교 분석을 수행하였으며, 분석된 항목에 대해 모의 평가를 시행함으로써 기준과 방법에 대한 적합성을 고찰하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The safety of mammographic equipment in the country for quality assessment to be conducted every three years. Diagnostic radiation generator rules on the safety management of the Department of Health and Human Services promulgated as the command device is added to mammography to be classified. In addition, safety management and quality assessment and selection of test items to be managed by specifying the inspection agency. In this study, the safety and quality of the implementation and evaluation items to compare IEC 60601-2-45 3 edition items on the same item to perform a comparative analysis of standards and methods for the items was analyzed by simulation standards and assessments study was to investigate the suitability of methods.
