방사선 치료 시 탑재된 OBI와 콘빔 CT의 Setup Error 평가

국문 초록

현재 방사선 치료기술의 체계적인 흐름은 기존의 2차원적방사선치료에서 3차원입체조형방사선치료를 거쳐서 초정밀 방사선치료로 불리는 강도변조방사선치료(Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy; IMRT)와 영상유도방사선치료(Image Guided Radiation Therapy; IGRT)로 발전하고 있다. 동시에 환자 셋업의 정확도에 대한 부분도 매우 중요시하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 IGRT시 탑재된 에너지가 다른 OBI(On Board Imager)와 콘빔CT(Cone Beam Computed Tomograpy)를 이용하여 x, y축 거리 증가에 따른 setup error를 측정하여, 그 정확도를 평가하였다. 실험 대상으로 인체 팬톰을 사용하여 모의치료 시 얻은 DRR(Digital Reconstructed Radiography) 영상을 기준으로 2D/2D Matching과 3D/3D Matching하고, 신뢰성 유지를 위해 총 실험을 3번 반복하여 그에 따른 평균오차와 표준편차를 산출한다. Matching 결과 OBI에서는 x, y축 거리증가에 따라 setup error가 증가하였지만 콘빔CT에서는 x, y축 거리 증가에 따른 setup error는 나타나지 않았다. 이 실험 결과는 거리에 증가에 따른 OBI와 콘빔CT의 setup error차이를 보여준다.

영문 초록

Systematic flow of current radiation therapy techniques in the existing two-dimensional to three -dimensional conformal radiation therapy via a high-precision radiation therapy, radiation therapy called intensity modulated radiation therapy (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy; IMRT) and image guided radiation therapy (Image Guided Radiation Therapy; IGRT) has developed into . At the same time the accuracy of the patient set-up is very important for the part became . Mounted upon this study, the energy is different IGRT OBI (On Board Imager) and cone beam CT (Cone Beam Computed Tomograpy) using the x, y axes to the setup error in accordance with increasing distance measured, and the accuracy is evaluated. Human test subjects in the treatment of phantom obtained by using the simulated DRR (Digital Reconstructed Radiography) imaging and 3D/3D Matching based 2D/2D Matching , and to maintain the reliability of the experiment repeated three times with a total average error and the standard accordingly deviation is calculated. Matching results OBI has x, y axis setup error increases with increasing distance, but the cone beam CT x, y in accordance with increasing axial distance setup error was not observed. This is due to an increase in distance results in the OBI and cone-beam CT shows the difference between the setup error.
