전산화 단층촬영용 장치의 품질 보증을 위한 IEC 규격과 유럽의 새로운 PR 시리즈에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 병변의 조기 진단을 위하여 환자선량이 상대적으로 높은 전산화 단층촬영용 장치가 활용되고 있어 적절한 품질보증을 위한 노력을 경주하고 있으나, 빠르게 시장이 발전하고 있는 현 상황에서 지속적인 수정 및 보완이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전산화 단층촬영용 장치의 성능에 관한 새로운 규격인 PR 162를 소개하고 IEC 60601-2-6과 비교 및 분석을 통하여 개선을 위한 연구의 필요성을 제안하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 국민 보건에 이바지하기 위하여 기존의 규격보다 정확한 영상 구현에 초점을 둔 결과로 분석되며 왜곡된 영상의 형성에 관련된 평가 항목의 경우 국내 실정을 고려하여 기준 값은 약화하였으나 기준점을 제시함으로써 기존의 규격보다 정밀한 평가가 가능할 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같이 의료 기기의 안전성에 대한 평가 기준 및 방법에 대한 지속적인 수정 및 보완에 대한 필요하지만, 국내의 경우자가 기준 및 자가 평가 방법을 현재까지 이용하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 국내산업체의 국제경쟁력을 갖추고 국민 보건에 이바지하기 위해서 규격화에 대한 다각적 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

As a result of the analysis, the case of the evaluation items involved in the formation of the image that has been distorted is analyzed as a result of in order to contribute to the health of the people, was focused on the implementation of an accurate image than existing standards, and taking into account the actual situation of domestic with the reference value, weakened, but was analyzed by presenting the reference point, and it is possible to evaluate more precise specification of the existing. In this way, it is in actuality is a need for complementary and recurring adjustments and methods of evaluation criteria for the safety of medical devices, in the case of a domestic's use until now the method of self-evaluation and criteria. Therefore, it is thought to contribute to the public health with the international competitiveness of domestic manufacturers, and research is needed multi-faceted for normalization.
