욕창의 예방적 중재 효과에 대한 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 욕창의 예방적 중재 효과를 객관적으로 규명하기 위한 체계적 고찰로 본 연구의 수행 절차는 연구 대상의 선정, 논문 검색 및 선택, 논문의 선정 및 제외, 연구의 질 평가, 자료 분석 과정에 따라 진행되었다. 본 연구의 논문 선택과정은 PRISMA 2009 flow diagram에 따라 시행하였고, 1990년부터 2010년 4월까지 국내ㆍ외에서 발표된 논문을 대상으로 하였다. 분석 대상 논문의 질 평가는 Jadad의 무작위 대조군 연구의 질 평가 도구를 사용하여 분석한 결과 평균 1.28점이었으며 질 평가 결과가 높은 수준으로 보고된 논문은 8편 이었다. 본 연구의 논문 선정 기준에 적합하여 분석을 위해 선택된 논문은 총 35편으로 체위변경 중재 3편, 영양중재 8편, 압력 감소 중재 24편으로 중재의 효과가 있는 것으로 보고한 논문은 14편이었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 현재 임상에서 욕창의 예방적 중재로 체위변경ㆍ영양ㆍ압력 감소 중재가 많이 수행되고 있으나, 개인의 건강 상태를 고려한 영양의 제공과 압력 감소 장치를 이용하여 욕창 발생의 감소 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is to perform a systematic review to objectively examine the effect of prevention of pressure ulcers. The inclusion and exclusion of study, the quality assessment of studies, data analysis was carried out. PRISMA 2009 flow diagram in accordance with the selection process of this research was done. The articles were retrieved from domestic and international study from 1990 to April, 2010, and the quality assessment of this study analyzed by Jadad et al (1996), a randomized controlled study of quality assessment tools were used. The mean scores of quality assessment scores were 1.28 and eight studies obtained high quality level. Postural Changes arbitration side, paper selection criteria suitable for the analysis of selected papers, the results of this study was selected a total of 35, 3 study of position change intervention, 8 study of nutrition Intervention, 24 study of pressure-reducing intervention. The result of study expect the decreasing in pressure ulcers based on the health status of individuals, nutrition and pressure reducing intervention.
