국문 초록

우리가 살아가는 현재는 과거의 산물인 전통미술과 현대 문명이 함께 공존하고 있다. 이는 전통미술이 과거에만 머물러 있어 현재 우리의 삶과 분리된 것이 아님을 의미한다. 그러므로 전통미술은 과거와 미래를 연결하고 현재의 발전 방향을 제시하는 창의적인 변화의 근원으로 간주되어야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 계속성의 관점에서 창의성에 기초한 전통미술교육의 필요성을 고찰하고 이를 학교 현장에서 실천하기 위한 근거로서 미술과 교육과정을 분석하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 국가수준 교육과정에 반영된 전통미술과 창의성의 개념이 어떻게 변화하였는지 파악하고자 제 1차 교육과정부터 2009개정 교육과정에서 두 용어의 변화 추이를 집중적으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 국가수준 교육과정에서 전통미술과 창의성의 관계를 조망하고, 창의성에 기초한 전통미술교육의 방향을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 간과되어왔던 전통미술교육과 창의성의 연관성을 새롭게 조명하고, 실제적 삶의 변화를 위한 전통미술교육의 방향을 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Today's society, in which we live. traditional art, considered to be the fruit of the past and modern civilization are in coexistence. Such refers that the traditional art does not stay in the past only being separated from our lives in the present. Therefore. the traditional art should be considered as the origin of creative change that suggests the connects the past and the future and suggests the direction for the development in the present. Therefore, this study aims to consider the necessity of the traditional art education based on the creativity in the point of continuity and to analyze the art education course to establish a ground to practice the traditional art education in schools. To find out how the traditional art and the concept of creativity reflected on the national level education course, the change trends of the two terms from the 1st education course to 2009's revised education course are analyzed in focus. Based on the analysis, the relation of the traditional art and the creativity in the national level education course is forecasted and the direction for the traditional art education based on the creativity is proposed. This study holds the meaning for newly highlighting the relation between the traditional art education and the creativity that has been underestimated until now and proposing the direction for traditional art education to change of the actual life.
