특수교사의 수엽설계 실태에 근거한 교수설계모형 개발 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 특수교육 현장에서 이루어지는 교수설계 과정을 반영하여 단위수업에 대한 특수교육 교수설계 모형 개발을 목적으로 하였다 이를 위해 전국적으로 특수학교(급)에서 정신지체 및 자폐성장애를 가진 학생을 가르치는 교사 1,023명을 대상으로 온ㆍ오프라인 설문조사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 토대로 개발된 모형에 대하여 교수설계 전문가들의 내용 타당도 점검 과정을 거쳤다. 특수교사는 단위 수업을 설계할 때 단위수업 계획 전, 단위수업의 계획, 수업 실행 및 성찰의 세 시기를 총 7단계에 거쳐 교수설계를 진행하였고, 교수설계 활동은 순차적으로 이루어지는 것처럼 보인다. 하지만 각 단계를 구성하는 활동은 유기적이며 동시성 혹은 연속성을 가지는 순환적 속성을 드러내는 복합 구조로 나타났다 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 특수교육 교수설계 실행과정의 특정과 결론을 도출하였고, 특수교육 교수설계 모형의 현장 기여도, 그리고 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study intended to develop an instructional design model in special education based on both recent instructional design theories and teachers' enactment of their planning for lesson units. Total of 1,027 special education teachers nationwide participated in either online or offline survey designed to explore how they execute lesson planning activities for their students with mental retardation and/or autism. This model was developed based on what special education teachers answered the survey and had it checked content validity by researchers and skilled teachers specializing in special education instruction. Instructional design in special education was divided into 3 periods- Pre-lesson planning, lesson planning, and teacher reflections-and contained 7 steps which were circular and recursive. The implications and further research for instructional design in special education were discussed.
