국문 초록

이 연구는 지적장애학생의 자기결정 교수에 대한 교사의 인식수준을 밝히고 자기결정 교수를 수행하는 데 필요한 실행과제를 구조화하여 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 밝히기 위해 양적 연구방법으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 양적과 질적 연구의 절충 방법이라고 할 수 있는 델파이 조사를 실시하였다 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다' 첫째, 지적장애학생의 자기결정 교수에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식수준은 '높음’ 이상이나 수행도 인식수준은 '보통’ 이상으로 중요도에 비해 수행도가 낮다 둘째, 전문가들의 의견 합의 과정을 통해 도출된 지적장애학생의 자기결정 교수 실행과제 는 3단계(준비단계, 실행단계, 정리단계), 7개 영역(자아인식, 주변 환경과 대인관계 인식, 자신의 가치와 권리 존중, 행동계획, 행동, 결과 활동, 반성적 사고), 32개 항목으로 구성된다. 여기서 제시된 32개 실행과제들은 지적장애학생의 자기 결정 교수를 위해 반드시 수행ㆍ점검해야 할 항목들이다 이 연구 자료들이 학교 현장에서 자기결정 교수 실행을 촉진하는 계기를 마련하고 지적장애학생들의 실질적 사회 통합이라는 궁극적 목표를 달성하는 데 중요한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims at clarifying teacher's perception level for the self-determination instruction for students with intellectual disability, and then proposing indispensable implement tasks for executing the self-determination instruction after restructuring them. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher carried out a questionnaire, and then executed Delphi survey, a midway method of quantitative and qualitative research. The conclusions are as followings. First, in general perception level of the self-determination instruction for students with intellectual disability, importance perception level is more than 'high', but performance perception level is low below 'normal'. Second, practice tasks for self-determination instruction for students with intellectual disability suggested from the consensus process of expert committee members are composed of three steps, seven areas, thirty two practice tasks. The practice tasks are items that should be conducted and checked for self-determination instruction for students with intellectual disability. This study expects that research results could make a moment of promoting practices of self-determination instruction at school fields, and be utilized as an important data in achieving the ultimate goal called actual social inclusion from students with intellectual disabilities.
