지적장애인 비디오 기술 중재 효과에 대한 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지적장애인들에게 필요한 기술들을 지도함에 있어 비디오 기술 활용 중재의 효과를 국내 연구 중심으로 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 관련 연구 선정을 위한 다섯 가지의 기준을 선정하고 관련 연구를 탐색하였는데 그 선정 기준은 첫째, 연구 방법에 있어 집단 연구 및 단일 대상 연구를 포함한 실험 연구, 둘째, 연구 대상의 경우 지적장애를 가진 학령기 및 젊은 성인, 셋째, 비디오 관련 기술을 중재로 활용한 연구, 넷째, 지난 20년간 국내 학술지에 게재된 연구, 다섯째, 실험 과정에 대한 충분한 설명들을 제공함으로 다른 연구자들로 그 실험에 대한 재현(replication)이 가능하도록 한 연구였다 이후 분석을 위한 연구 탐색에 있어 첫째, 웹 학술 자료 DB 시스템 활용 탐색, 둘째, 학회학술지 탐색, 셋째, 참고문헌 분석 탐색을 통해 총 16편의 관련 연구를 최종 선정하였다 다음으로는 총 3편의 사전 유사 문헌 연구들의 변인을 분석하여 본 연구에 맞게 총 14개의 변인을 도출하여 선정 된 연구들을 분석하였다 분석의 결과는 비디오 기술 활용 중재가 지적장애인을 지도함에 여러 가지 기술들을 지도함에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다 그러 나 더 많은 연구를 통해 더욱 다양한 영역에 걸쳐 비디오 기술 활용 중재의 효과를 확인할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the current article reviewed studies examining the effectiveness of using video technology in teaching functional skills to students with intellectual disabilities. Five criteria were used in order to identify relevant studies. The criteria were as follows: a) empirical studies including group studies and single subject studies, b) students with intellectual disabilities as participants, c) interventions related to video technology, d) peer-review articles in the past 20 years, e) studies allowing replication by providing sufficient information about study procedures. In the search, an electronic search, hand search, and ancestral search were conducted with the inclusion criteria and then 16 studies were eventually identified for the analysis. Variables to analyzing the identified studies were adopted from three review articles investigating similar topics and modified on the basis of the purposes of the current review. Results demonstrated that using video technology was effective in teaching various skills co students with intellectual disabilities; however, more studies should be conducted in various areas to examine its effects.
