국내 장애노인 관련 연구의 동향분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애노인 관련 국내연구의 동향을 분석함으로써 향후 정책과 실천에 기여할 수 있는 연구적 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 1995년부터 2013년까지 발표된 장애노인 관련 연구논문을 중심으로 학술지, 연구자 수, 연구주제, 연구방법, 연구대상 등에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 총 45개 학술지에 총 92편의 연구들이 게재되었으며, 연구자 수는 1인 단독연구가 다수를 차지하였다. 연구주제는 생활만족 및 차별경험, 실태조사 및 서비스욕구, 정신건강, 취업, 직업 및 소득보장, 중재프로그램, 보건 및 의료, 정책 및 제도, 부양자 및 보호자 요인 등의 순으로 다수를 나타내었다. 연구유형은 양적연구가 83.7%, 통계기법은 중급수준이 46.8%였으며, 연구유형을 6가지 범주로 세분화할 때조차도 조사연구가 79.3%를 차지하였다. 그 외 연구대상 면에서는 장애노인에 대한 연령기준과 연구적 구분, 장애판정기준, 장애유형으로 세분화하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the research trend on the elderly with disability in Korea in order to contribute to the future policy making and practices related to the elderly. For this purpose, research papers were culled for analysis from domestic journals related to disabled elderly dating from 1995 to 2013. Standards for analysis included the type of journals, number of researchers, topics of researches, methods of researches and target of researches. The findings show that 92 papers were published in 45 academic journals and most of papers was researched by a single researcher. The topic of researches were life satisfaction and experience of discrimination, study on living status and service needs, mental health, getting job, work and income guarantee, intervention program, health/medical care, policy and system, and caregiver factor in the order of frequency appearing in the papers. In terms of the types of researches, the quantitative researches take up 83.7% while in terms of statistic techniques, the intermediate level takes up 46.8%. Research type, also, while divided into 6 categories, were 79.3% survey studies. In addition, it was subdivied into the target classification by elderly with disability, the standards of age and disability evaluation, and the type of disabilities in the subject of researches. Lastly, the implications and suggestions for future research based upon limitations of this study were discussed.
