구암원점지역의 세계측지계 변환에 관한 연구

국문 초록

현재 모든 국토공간정보의 위치기준이 세계측지계로 전환이 되었다. 지적분야에서도 시대적 흐름에 따라 지난 2012년 3월17일부터 시행된 지적재조사법에 의해 세계측지계로 전환을 시도하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대구광역시 구암원점지역의 지적기준점좌표를 통일원점좌표로 전환하여 세계측지계로 변환한 후 그에 따른 기존 기준점들의 이동방향 및 방위각, 거리 변화 등을 분석하였다. 또한 구암원 점지역을 중심으로 인접지역간의 지적도 이격현황 및 겹칩 등을 분석하여 그 문제점들을 제시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 이동방향은 대부분이 북동쪽이며, 그 이동량은 평균적으로 △X=309.23m, △Y= 51.73m, 이동거리는 313.53m로 분석되었다. 둘째, 구암원점(대구55)을 기준으로 하여 각 기준점에 대한 방위각을 분석한 결과 방위각의 차이는 평균 +14분 24초로 계산되어지며, 거리의 오차는 대구22를 제외하고는 대부분이 1m 이내로 나타났다. 또한 인접지역간의 지적도 이격현황 및 중복 등을 CAD에서 확인결과 동일지점에 대해 최대 180m 차이가 발생함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Recently, the location criteria of all spacial information about the territory is converted to the Wold Geodetic Coordinate System. In this regard, cadastral sector is also attempting to conduct the conversion to the World Geodetic Coordinate System in accordance with the Act for Renovation of Cadastre enforced from March 17, 2012. In a related move, this study converted cadastral control point coordinates of Guam Origins region in Daegu to the World Geodetic Coordinate System after transformation them to the United Origins coordinates, and based on this, it analyzed the moving direction, azimuth and distance changes of the existing datum points. In addition, problems were presented through analysis on the overlapping and status of cadastral separation between adjacent areas in the Guam Origins region. The analysis results showed that moving direction is mostly a northeastward direction, the movement amount △X=309.23m, △Y= 51.73m on average, and the movement distance 313.53m. The results of analyzing the azimuth of each datum point based on the Guam Origins (Daegu55) revealed that the azimuth difference is +14'24”, and the distance errors is less than 1m except for Daegu 22. In addition, the overlapping and status of cadastral separation between adjacent areas identified by CAD, and from its results, it was found that the maximum difference of 180m occurred in the same points.
