국문 초록

오늘날 여가문화는 삶의 질을 평가하는 핵심요소로 자리 잡고 있다 특히 가족단위의 여가문화는 주 5 일 근무제가 전면 시행 되면서 점차 다양화 • 전문화 되고 있다. 학령기의 자녀를 둔 가정에서는 교육적 가치를 지닌 체험중심의 여가활동에 적극적인 관심을 갖고 있는데 이러한 관심과 요구에 부응하여 미술관에서는 전시 관람과 가족 협업 활동을 중심으로 하는 가족프로그램을 시행하고 있다. 연구자는 미술관 교육 강사로서 가족프로그램을 진행해 온 바， 미술을 매개로 한 미술관의 가족프로그램이 가족활동을 통해 가족 구성원 간에 어떠한 변화와 영향을 미치는가에 관심을 갖고 ‘미술관 가족프로그램을 통한 소통과 관계변화’에 관한 연구를 하고자 한다. 이 연구는 질적 연구 방법을 적용한 사례연구로서 대전시립미술관의 가족프로그램인 ‘우리가족 미 술교실’에 참가한 가족 중에서 특히 아버지가 참여한 7가족을 주된 연구대상으로 삼았다. 이는 직장생활로 인해 가족에서 소외되어 온 아버지가 미술을 매개로 한 가족활동에 참여함으로써 아버지가 불참한 가족에 비해 화목함과 협력양상이 구별되었기 때문이다. 이렇게 관찰된 특징들은 공간공유， 시간공유 ， 감정공유와 미술소통이라는 범주화를 통해 미술관의 가족프로그램이 가족의 소통과 관계변화에 긍정적 역할을 하고 있음을 밝히고자 한다.

영문 초록

Today. leisure activities has become an important factor in determining the quality of life. Especially. leisure culture of family units have been specialized and diversified since the five work days per week is executed. Families with school-age children have a strong interest in leisure activities that are experience - oriented with educational values. In order to meet these interest and needs. the museum of Modern Art enforces family programs that are based on cooperative work between family members. The researcher has proceeded the family program in the museum of Modern Art and the researcher is interested in the change in communication and relationship between family members through family programs and leisure activities. This study is an example of a case where qualitative research methods were applied; families who participated in the "art family class" which is a family program in Daejon Metropolitan Museum of Art. were studied. Because the participation of the whole family including the fathers shows actual and detailed features. the main study of this program involved seven-families with the participation of fathers. From the study. it was concluded that the groups with the participation of fathers. who are usually left out from family. showed more harmonious atmosphere and more cooperative attitude compare to the groups without the participation of fathers. These observed characteristics will give a new guideline for the museum's educational role through four categories such as space, time, sharing of feeling and art communication.
