비행청소년의 자아분화가 비행성향에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

가족은 개인에게 정서적 안정을 제공하며, 가족구성원에게 만족과 친밀감을 제공하는 기본적인 기능을 수행한다. 그러나 오늘날 우리사회가 급격한 가족해체가 진행 되면서 가족 내 청소년들의 다양한 정서적·행동적 부적응 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 역기능적 증상은 비행 또는 범죄로 발전할 수 있기 때문에 그 원인을 규명하고 치료를 위한 대책을 마련해야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 이 연구는 비행청소년의 자아분화가 비행성향에 미치는 영향에 관해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2010년 1월 현재, 전국 소년원학교에 입원 중인 학생전체를 대상으로 실시한 전수조사 결과를 사용하였다. 분석결과, 비행청소년의 자아분화는 비행성향에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자아분화의 하위요소 중 하나인‘감정적 반응’이 비행성향을 구성하는 모든 하위요소에 영향을 미치는 주된 원인으로 작용하였다. 감정적 반응은 화가 나면 앞뒤를 안 가리거나, 매사를 기분나는대로 처리한다거나, 이유 없이 짜증내기를 각각 3.5배 이상 증가시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자아분화의 한 요소인 ‘감정적 단절’은 폭력비행과 재산비행성향에 영향을 나타냈다. 따라서 비행청소년의 자아분화를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 체계적 운영을 위한 정책적 배려가 필요하다.

영문 초록

A family performs its basic function by providing intimacy and satisfaction to its members as well as by offering its person emotional stability. But these days, sharp family disorganization progresses in our society, which cause juvenile's emotional and behavioral maladjustment in the family. This dysfunctional symptoms in family has possibility to trigger juvenile delinquency or even criminal. With this reason, it is necessary to find out the cause and to prepare prevention methods to cure the distorted family. In this overall perspective, the research looked into influence of juvenile delinquent's self-differentiation effecting on delinquent disposition. The study used the outcome of the total inspection(Jan. 2010) surveying juveniles who are under reform schools through whole country. After analysing the total inspection, it is found that the self-differentiations of delinquent Juveniles have effects on delinquent disposition. Specially, 'the emotional react', one of subordinate factors of self-differentiation is main cause to affect other factors that consist of delinquent disposition. When the emotional react get strong, it result in 3.5 times increase uncontrolled anger as much as nothing care, dealing everything as feeling inclines, and annoyance without any reason. And another factor of self-differentiation, 'emotional cutoff' has great influence on violence and property delinquency disposition. As a consequence, political consideration is needed to develop the programs and manage it systematically so as to improve delinquent juvenile's self-differentiation and to manage.
