재창조 악기연주가 학령기 아동의 자기격려와 정서 표현에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 재창조 악기연주 활동이 학령기 아동의 자기격려와 정서 표현에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구에는 서울 소재 ○○ 교육지원청 소속 7개 학교 1~6학년 18개 학급 299명과 충남 소재 ○○ 교육지원청 소속 7개 학교 1~6학년 9개 학급 134명, 총 433명이 참여하였고, 최종적으로 409명의 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 재창조 악기연주 활동은 2023년 10월 19일부터 12월 6일까지 각 학교의 해당 학급에서 학급 전체 학생을 대상으로 2~4회기로 진행되었고, 연구대상의 정서적 자기격려와 정서 표현 정도를 측정하기 위하여 아동용 자기격려 척도와 한국형 아동용 정서 표현 척도를 사용하였다. SPSS 26.0 version 대응 표본 t-test를 사용하여 자료를 분석한 결과, 재창조 악기연주 활동에 참여한 전과 후에 학령기 아동의 정서적 자기격려(자아 고취감, 존귀감), 정서 표현(정서 인식의 어려움, 정서 표현의 어려움)은 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구는 음악치료 방법 중 하나인 재창조 악기연주가 학령기 아동의 자기격려와 정서 표현에 효과적임을 검증하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of re-creative instrumental playing on self-encouragement and emotional expression in school-aged children. The participants in the study included a total of 433 students from 16 classes(grades 1~6) in 7 school under the Seoul ○○ Office of Education, and 9 classes(grades 1~6) in 7 school under the Chungnam ○○ Office of Education. Ultimately, data from 409 participants were used for analysis. Re-creative instrumental playing was conducted from October 19 to December 6, 2023, involving the entire student of each class in the schools, with sessions held 2~4 times. To measure the level of self-encouragement and emotional expression in the research subjects, the Child Self-Encouragement Scale and the Korean Child Emotional Expression Scale were utilized. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26.0 with paired t-test. The results indicated statistically significant differences in emotional self-encouragement(sense of self-inspiration, self esteem) and emotional expression(difficulty in emotional awareness, difficulty in emotional expression) of school-aged children before and after participating in re-creative instrumental playing. This study holds significance in confirming the effectiveness of re-creative instrumental playing, a method within music therapy, in promoting selfencouragement and emotional expression in school-aged children.
