대학생의 지역사회 통제 및 무질서 인식이 민간조사업 도입 수용도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

현대사회는 급속도로 변화하고 범죄의 형태 또한 다양화를 이루고 있다. 이러한 변화는 시민들의 사적재산 보호와 개인의 안전을 위해 다양한 치안서비스의 확대를 필요로 한다. 그러나 경찰을 비롯한 국가기관만으로는 이러한 서비스에 대한 욕구를 만족 시킬 수 없다. 또한 민간조사업에 대한 법적 타당성에 대한 논의는 많이 있었으나, 실제로 민간조사업의 주된 수요자들의 인식을 파악하는 연구는 간과 되었다. 따라서 이 연구는 민간조사업의 필요성에 대해 시민들 중 대학생이 느끼는 범죄의 두려움을 중심으로 범죄학적 이론모델에 기초하여 민간조사업의 필요성에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 구조방정식 모형을 통한 실증적 분석기법이 사용되었고, 분석결과 민간조사업의 도입 필요성에 대해 지역사회통제요인과 무질서가 범죄의 두려움에 영향을 주고 범죄의 두려움은 민간조사업의 필요성을 증가시키는 모형설계가 적합함을 보여주었다. 또한 지역사회의 무질서가 증가할수록 범죄의 두려움에 직접적인 영향을 주고 간접적으로는 민간조사업의 필요성을 높여주는 결과를 보여주었다. 이 연구는 20세 이상의 남·녀 대학생 153명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문방식을 통해 수집된 데이터가 이용되었으며, 수집된 데이터는 연구모델 검증을 위하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0이 사용되었다. 모델 검증결과 모형적합도는 6.187 (df=8), CFI=1.000, TLI=1.010 ,RMSEA=0.000로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This thesis on focuses on Citizen's Recognition about The Introduction Private Investigation Service in Korea. Today, various crime and Social conflicts base on the rapid social changes are threats to our society. accordingly personal desire for the safety of the private property and increases in demand for the various securities service. but it is virtual impossible to resolve these problems through state agencies such as the police, prosecution courts and there are undesirable sides. Therefore, This study based on the fear of crime. It has been the theme of important researches in criminology and other fields for a long time. Thus, this study was intended to examine the cause of crime with a focus on the fear of crime, and Private Investigation Service among the behaviors which result from the fear. In this study, 153 students, who were over 20 years old In addition, the subjects of this study were grouped by the region according to the age and gender, so that the geographic characteristics of each selected district can be reflected. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 through the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The research model designed by the analysis of the preceding studies used the independent variables such as the experience of being victimized by crime which is the cause of fear of crime, vulnerability to crime, disorder, crime control. The results of the above-mentioned model analysis suggest that this model is suitable for this study(=6.187 (df=8), CFI=1.000, TLI=1.010 ,RMSEA=0.000).
