국문 초록

항구 근처나 혼잡한 항로 등과 같은 곳에서 선박의 충돌사고는 빈번하게 발생한다. 이러한 충돌사고의 원인 분석은 유사한 다른 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 선박의 충돌사고를 재현할 수 있는 충돌재현 시뮬레이터를 구축하였다. 이 시뮬레이터는 자선을 위한 하나의 브릿지와 자선과 타선을 위한 두개의 컨트롤 콘솔로 이루어져 있다. 자선과 타선은 랜을 통해서 서로 연결되어 있으며, 시뮬레이터 브릿지와 컨트롤 콘솔에서 동시에 선박을 조종할 수 있다. 그리고 구축된 시뮬레이터를 이용한 충돌사고의 재현 및 사고의 원인 분석 결과를 보인다.

영문 초록

Ships' collision accident has often occurred in congested waterways or in harbour areas. To examine the cause of collision accident may be necessary to prevention against another similar one. We discuss the construction of ship-manoeuvring-simulator system used for reappearing ships' collision phenomenon. The system consists of one simulator bridge for own ship and two control consoles for own ship and target ship. Own ship and target ship are linked each other, and are simultaneously manoeuvred in simulator bridge or at control console respectively. And a simulator experiment for reappearing ships' collision phenomenon and for examining the cause of accident is carried out. Through the present case study, we find out that the constructed simulator system is very useful for reappearing ships' collision phenomenon and for examining the cause of accident.
