국문 초록

본 연구에서는 정합성과 일관성 원리에 근거하여 단위화물체계의 효율성을 평가하는 모형을 제안한다. 단위화물체계의 효율성을 평가하는 기준은 규격의 정합성과 단위화물의 일관성이다. 규격의 정합성은 단위화물체계의 효율성을 확보하기 위한 잠재 역량에 대한 평가 지표이다. 단위화물의 일관성은 단위화물체계에서 성취한 효율성 성과에 대한 평가 지표이다. 평가 모형의 핵심은 특정 물류 영역에서 물동량 기준으로 평가하는 정합성 준수율과 일관성 준수율 지표이며, 특정 물류 영역의 물류비 비중에 의한 가중치에 의하여 전체 단위화물체계의 종합적 효율성 지표를 산정할 수 있다. 공급사슬 영역에 존재하는 참여 업체의 다양한 물류 활동이 연계되어야 하는 복합일관수송 환경에서 단위화물체계의 효율성을 제고하기 위한 평가 모형의 개발은 중요한 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

This study suggests a model to evaluate efficiency of the unit load system based on the principle of compatibility and consistency. The evaluation criteria for the efficiency of the unit load system is compatibility of the standards and consistency of the unit load. The compatibility of the standards assesses the level of capability for the efficiency of the unit load system. The consistency of unit load assesses the level of performance for the efficiency of the unit load system. The key measures of the evaluation model are the observance ratio of the compatibility and of the consistency based on the handling volume of freight. The overall efficiency indicator of the model can be averaged by applying weight of all the individual cost ratio of the specific logistics area. This evaluation model has an important meaning in order to improve the efficiency of the unit load system in the environment of the international intermodal transportation.
