국문 초록

导致大学生就业难的原因是复杂的、多方面的,其内在制约因素包括毕业生的就业观念、心理定位、价值取向、竞争力等。在调查分析的基础上,了解掌握学生就业自身障碍产生的原因和特点,采取有针对性的指导策略,有利于学生调整就业心态,以务实的态度积极就业。 近年来,许多从事大学生就业指导工作的同志都体会到了大学生就业的难度。导致大学生就业难的原因除了外部环境因素外,还有毕业生的自身原因,就是毕业生的就业观念、心理定位、竞争力等因素所造成的自身障碍。为了解毕业生的就业意向及其自身障碍的成因,我们在2003~2005届工商管理和市场营销专业毕业生中问卷调查了735人,回收有效问卷631份,着重收集了毕业生就业心态和就业意向方面的信息。

Ⅰ. Internal Constraints to Employment of College Students Firstly, some graduates are unrealistic on their expectations of employment. They have no clear and exact fixed position, especially they have little knowledge of the internal constraints of their employment intention. Most students lack basic judgment on the employment situation, reaching for what is beyond their grasp, and unwilling to work at base course. Secondly, when up against the choice, some graduates worry about personal gains and losses and cannot make judgment and decision duly. Some students always take an attitude of wait and see to the employer’s recruitment intention, and lack of sincerity and confidence on the immediate employment, missing the opportunities of competition and decision. Thirdly, some graduates are void of consciousness of responsibilities, afraid of taking the challenge and moving forward. Most college students have no strong initiative and enthusiasm on their employment, and the reason is that they have no pressure on subsistence, and are wanting in the sense of responsibility, the sense of mission and the motive of making progress. Fourthly, some graduates lack competitive power because of their low comprehensive qualities. Some graduates are littered with failure in competition, or find an unfavorable job finally. The reason of reverses on student employment is low-rise comprehensive qualities, even fatal regrets of attainment at some aspects. Ⅱ. Strategies to Overcome Internal Constraints to Employment of College Students Firstly, instruct students to position themselves regarding their employment target. Let the students understand the austere situations of employment and the development of society and economy, which is in favor of helping students remain sober-minded and planning for their career as soon as possible. Only if the students take realistic attitude, make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, and find the right starting point in integrating into the society, may they find a suitable job. Secondly, lead student to update their outlooks on employment. It is the prime mission to employment work of college students that guide students to set up their sense of responsibility, sense of mission and healthy, active and practical outlook of employment, and create the employment conception based on the rational thinking. Thirdly, expand the channels of collecting information. One of the important reasons of the difficulty of student employment is the dissymmetry of information between the employers and the interviewees, including the poor information transfer, incomplete information and information asymmetry. Fourthly, encourage student to improve their competitive power. Social demands give the university education prop for its reform. The contradictions between the supply of college graduates and the quantity, quality and structures demanded by the society impel the colleges to precede educational reform, and focus on strengthening the cultivation of students’ quality and capacity. Lastly, strengthen the guidance power on employment. In order to enhance the guidance power on employment, every teaching staff in colleges shall take the responsibility of instructing college students on their employment, which makes the total involvement and all-dimensional guidance become possible. Based on different situation of individuals, the tutor shall give specific instruction to target students, helping them cognize themselves, present themselves, and overcome the obstacles caused by personal reasons during the process of employment.
