개입연령과 개입유형이 비장애인태도개선프로그램 효과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 비장애인 태도개선프로그램 의 효과를 다룬 연구들을 객관적으로 종합하여 비장애인의 장애에 대한 태도개선 전략의 수립에 기여하고자 하였으며 이후의 연구방향을 제안하고자하였다 각 연구익 양척 결과등 객관적으로 비교하고 종합하기 위하여 메타분석올 사용하였다메타분석은 각 연구의 결과를 효과크기라는 표준화된 값으로 전환하여 준다 메타분석은 각 연구에서 산출된 효과크기들을 통계적으로 요약하여 제시할 수 있으며 이에 따라 선행연구의 결과들을 객관적으로 종합하여 제시할 수 있다메타분석에 사용된 연구율은 1990년에서 2009년 사이에 발표된 연구물 총 43편이었다 주요분석결과는 다음과 같다 첫째， 전체 연구물의 평균효과크기는 고객효과모형에 기반할 경우1.3654였고, 임의효과모형에 기반한 경우 1.4063으로 매우 높은 편이었다 둘째， 프로그램 유형및 개입연령에 따른 사이등 살펴본결과유아의 정우 인지형, 초등학생의 경우엔 접촉형， 중고등학생 의 경우앤 체험형의 효과크기가 기장높았다 분석결과에 기초하여 실천적 재언을 제시하였다 첫째， 연령과 방닫단계등 고려한 차별화된 프로그램이 필요하다 둘째， 태도개선프로그램은 프로그램의 기간 보다는 대상군별 적합한 전략올 모색하는 것이 바람직하다 셋째， 개입 효과성을밝히는 연구를 넘어설 필요가 있다 넷째，발달단계에 따른 개입효과의 차이에 대한 인과적 이해가 요구된다 다섯째， 개입 지속성에 관한 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다 여섯째， 장애태도 척도의 국내표준화 연구가 이루이져야 한다

영문 초록

There have been many studies about the strategy for changing the negative attitude towards the disability. This study is to synthesize the quantatic results of the previous studies. The result of this study can make a contribution to develop and refine the strategy for it. To compare and synthesize the statistics of the previous studies, meta-analysis is used. They are converted into the standardized value as the effect size by meta-analysis. Because the separate effect sizes from the previous studies is the standardized value, they can be analysized and synthesized statistically. The total 43 of studies is analysizd through meta-analysis. There are the main results as following: First, the mean effect size of the total targeted studies is very strong. It is Es=1.3654 on the fixed effect model or ES=1.4063 on the random effect model. Second, the targeted studies is grouped according to the age of the subject of the program and the mean effect size of each group is compared. The mean effect size of the cognitve program type is the strongest in the kindergarten student group. The mean effect size of the contact program type is the strongest in the elementary student group. The mean effect size of the experiential program type is the strongest in the middle school student group and the high school student group. The practical suggestions and the future research directions is presented. First, it is needed that the program suitable for the nature of the age and developmental stage of the participant is developed and practiced. Second, it is desirable to design the change program of attitude towards people with disabilities which is reflecting the nature of the target group than the period of the program. Third, it is needed to outgrow studies which will prove the effect of the attitude change program. Fourth, it is needed to establish the causal process which makes a difference of the effect size according to the nature of the developmental stage of the participant. Fifth, it is needed to research the longitudinal effect of the program. Sixth, it is needed to standardize the scales which measure the attitude towards peoples with disabilities.
