국문 초록

본 연구의 목척은 장애인 활동보조인의 소진과 직무만족간의 관련성을 규명하는데 있다. 이를위해 대전지역 활동보조인 보수교육 대상자 243명을 대상으로 소진 변인(정서적 탈진， 비인격적대우， 개인적 성취감 감소)과 직무만족 변인 (직무자체， 보수， 이직의사) 간에 미치는 관련성과영향응 분석하였다 연구결과， 환동보조인의 소진과 직무만족 수준은 중간정도로 나타났고， 소진과 직무만족 간에는 환동보조인의 소진이 높을수록 직무만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타나， 선행연구와는 달리 본 연구에서는 소진과 직무만족옹 동일개념으로 볼 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다 또한， 소진 변인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서는 정서적 탈진과 개인켜 성취감 감소가 직무만족에 부정적 영향옹 미치는 중요 예측 요인으로 나타났다 이를 토대로 환동보조인의 소진을 예방하고직무만족응 높이기 위해서는 활동보조인에 대한 정서적 지지채계가 필요하고， 환동보조인 양성교육과정이 개편되어야 하며 ， 활동보조인에 대한 사회적 인식이 제고되어야 함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study lies on investigating the relationship between the burnout and the job satisfaction of activity assistants of persons with disabilities. The subjects of this study were 243 complimentary education trainee of activity assistants in Daejeon. The relationship and the effect was analyzed between burnout variables (emotional burnout, depersonalization of using persons with disabilities, decrease in personal achievement) and job satisfaction variables (job itself, pay, willingness of job change). As a result, the burnout level and the job satisfaction level of activity assistants was in the middle level. The job satisfaction of activity assistants was lower as their burnout was higher; this result is different from the previous study in the point that the burnout and the job satisfaction can be regarded as the same concept. In addition, in the effect of the burnout variables on the job satisfaction, the emotional burnout and the decrease in personal achievement were the important predictive factor affecting negatively on the job satisfaction. From these result, in order to prevent burnout of activity assistants and to increase their job satisfaction, we suggested the need of emotional support system for the activity assistants, the restructuring of training curriculum of activity assistants, and the raising the social perception on the activity assistants.
