국문 초록

이 연구는 ‘사이버 마약(i -Doser) ’에 대한 개념적 정의와 효과 그리고 이에대한 논란에 대하여 살펴보고， 이러한 논란과 문제점에 대한범죄 심리학적을 고찰을 통해 효과적인 대책을 모색 하고자 한다. 현재 국내에서는 사이버 마약이라고 불리는 ‘아이도저’의 중독성과 유해성에 관한 정확한 연구 조사결과가 아직까지 나와 있지 않은 상태로 ‘사이버마약 (i-Doser) ’에 대한 논란은 끊임없이 제기되고 있다，인간 심리적 기제와 정보 기술적 동기요인에 따른 범죄심리학적 고찰을 통해 ‘사이버 마약 (i-Doser) ’에 대한 대책을 제안하였다. 첫째， 사이버 마약 ‘아이도저’의 성인인증 절차 및 금칙어 제정， 둘째，사이버공간의 정화와 ‘사이버 마약 (i-Doser) ’의 연구를 통한 검증， 셋째， ‘사이버 마약 (i-Doser) ’에 대한 법령 개정과 수사에 대한 개선 퉁이다. 아이도저 (j-Doser) 에 관한 공신력 있는 조사 결과가 조속히 나와 그에 맞는 적절한 대책을 세워야 할 것이며， 이에 앞서 일반인들의 인식 재고와 관계 부처의 노력이 필요할 것으로 보여 진다.

영문 초록

This study aims to understand the definition, effects and discussions of cyber drugs(i-Doser) and search for effective countermeasures against the drugs while considering them from a criminal psychological vlewpomt. In Korea, no research has been accurately made into the toxicity and harmfulness of ‘i-doser’ which is called a cyber drug and controversies are continually taking place over cyber drugs. This study has conducted a criminal psychological approach to psychological mechanisms and information & technological motives of human beings and suggested appropriate countermeasures against cyber drugs (i-Doser). First, adult confirmation procedures and banned terms should be established for cyber drug ‘ i-doser.’ Second, cyber spaces should be purified and cyber drugs(i-Doser) researched and verified Third, laws and regulations of cyber drugs (i-Doser) should be revised and investigations into them improved. It seems to be necessary that the results of trustful investigations into ‘i-doser’ should be quickly released so that appropriate counteractions may be set up after the general public’ s awareness of cyber drugs(i-Doser) has been lifted up and endeavors of relevant
