국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지적실무자교육의 체계에 관한 연구이다. 지적 실무에서의 지적교육이 제대로 이루어지기 위해서는 무엇보다도 지적의 특수성에 맞추어진 직업훈련교수체계가 갖추어져야 한다 따라서 본 연구는 지적실무자 교육에 관한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 지적실무자교육의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석 하였다. 연구 결과, 지적실무분야에서 실무 지적전문가로서 겸비해야 할 기본 소양, 자질, 능력 등을 향상 시키는 교육기회가 현저히 부족하여 교육환경이 매우 열악하였고, 지적 기초이론 교육에 부합하는 전문 교육매개체의 개발이 부족하며, 교육과정에서 있어서 직무교육훈련과정의 설계→분석→실행→평가단계가 체계적으로 적용되지 못한 상태에서 일정 주기별 당연히 이수해야만 하는 단순ㆍ형식적인 교육이 이루어지고 있다는 점이다. 따라서 지적 실무에서의 지적교육이 제대로 이루어지기 위해서는 지적의 특수성에 맞추어진 지업훈련교수체계가 갖추어져야 하며, 지적의 실무 직업교육훈련은 대학의 지적교육훈련과 밀접한 연관성을 가지고 있기에 상호 의존ㆍ보완적 관계를 유기적으로 유지 시켜야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was about education system of cadastral businessman. Thus, this study was based on theoretical contemplation on cadastral businessman education, and investigated and analyzed the actual conditions of it. After studying, In actual cadastral areas in the society, educational opportunities to improve elementary knowledge, disposition, abilities and so on that need to be equipped by experts of cadastre were remarkably insufficient. In addition to development of professional media that correspond to education of practical cadastral affairs was insufficient, and education is focused on regimental standards rather than options for or education desired by those with insufficient backgrounds of basic theories of cadastre (non-majors). Fourth, only simple and conventional education takes place in the curriculum. Thus, in order to implement properly cadastral education in practical cadastral affairs, an instructional system of occupation training that corresponds to specificity of cadastre shall be established, and as an instructional system of occupation training for practical cadastral affairs is in close association with cadastral education models in universities, showed that must keep up relation between interdependent and complementary.
