국문 초록

토지관리 교육의 패러다임 변화는 토지관리 환경변화에 편승하여 그 어느 때보다도 조명이 급부상하고 실익이 더욱 가중되어 새로운 패러다임의 전망 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 토지관리의 환경변화와 변화대상연계체계를 조사하고 이를 기반으로 토지관리 교육의 패러다임 변화과정을 비교・검토하여 새로운 토지관리 교육의 패러다임을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 토지관리 교육의 환경변화와 패러다임의 변화로 한정하고, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 병용하여 적용하였다. 연구결과 도출은 다음과 같은 관점에서 세부적인 내용을 도출하였다. 첫째, 토지관리 교육의 환경변화는 토지 관리의 진화 및 변화대상연계체계 관점에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 토지관리 교육의 패러다임 변화는 수단지향, 공간지향, 목표지향 패러다임 관점에서 검토하였다. 셋째, 미래 토지관리 교육의 패러다임 전망은 지속가능성을 기반으로 학제의 성격, 교육의 지향성, 매개체의 기반, 매개체의 주요 내용 등의 관점에서 언급하였다.

영문 초록

The change of educational paradigm in land management has been emerged from the necessity of new paradigm perspective due to an increase in the spotlight and actual profits more than before under riding in the environmental changes of land management. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to provide new paradigm which reinforce an education for land management by examining and comparing the change process in the educational paradigm based on the examination of environmental change and linkage system of object to change in land management. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to the environmental change and educational paradigm change in land management, and a descriptive and comparative analysis was applied. Conclusion of the study is as follows; First, the environmental change of education was reviewed in terms of the evolution of land management and linkage system of object to change. Second, the change of educational paradigm in land management conducted as a viewpoint of the central attitude of method, objective, system and space. Finally, new educational paradigm perspective in land management was referred to the disposition of school system, the educational orientation, the foundation of educational medium and the contents of medium with sustainability.
