국문 초록

  물류 서비스 기관으로서의 물류센터의 유무형의 투입요인은 외부 고객에 효율적이고 높은 질의 서비스 전달을 위해서 필수불가결한 요인들이다. 본 논문은 보이지 않는 투입요인과 산출요인을 고려하여 서비스 전달 과정의 서비스 생산성 측정과 벤치마킹 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구 모형은 물류센터 서비스 과정을 서비스 수익체인에 의해 운영, 서비스품질과 수익창출과정으로 나누고 균형 성과표와 다단계 DEA 모형에 의해 생산성을 측정함과 동시에 물류센터의 비효율적인 물류센터에 대해 벤치마킹 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 논문은 물류센터 서비스 전달과정이 서비스 수익체인으로 상호 체인처럼 연계되어 있음을 보이고 이 각 과정의 생산성을 측정하고 비효율적 물류센터에 대해 효율성 극대화 방안을 제시하여 물류센터의 전반적인 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시했다는 점에 큰 공헌을 하고 있다.

영문 초록

  The intangible aspects of inputs in a logistics center characterize the effectiveness of service delivery system in supporting efficient and quality service delivery to external customers. The purpose of the study develops a framework for incorporating this aspect into a DEA framework in the form of internal and external service quality. This paper also suggests the simultaneous benchmarking of the performance of logistics centers along multiple models using a multiple-stage DEA methodology. The models of performance considered are operating efficiency, service quality efficiency, and profitability efficiency. In order to measure the performance of each model, intangible and tangible input and output variables are set with logistics center balanced scorecard, a causal relationship among models is built by service profit chain, weights of variables set by AHP, and then this paper measures effectively productivity on logistics center with multi-stage DEA. This paper shows that service delivery process of logistics centers has linkage with chain and how inefficiency logistics centers can maximize their efficiency.
