  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  The appropriate understanding and improvement of pensions should occur in all fields and sectors. It should also include the needs of all the members of society. Through this research, the appropriate understanding of pension and identification of its problems and improvement has come to light. This will help in ensuring that a better Real Estate culture is nurtured and adopted.
  (2) REAEARCH METHOD
  Reference to various records and thesis
  (3) REAEARCH RESULTS
  For pensions that satisfies both owners and government and develops continuously, fostering management mind of owner, creating various theme and efforts.
  2. RESULTS
  Still there are a number of problems. These include environmental pollution, limited support from the government, excessive supply, lack of cooperation and other problems associated with the national pension scheme.
  To solve these problems, alternatives such as forming unions with foreign bodies and organizations, support enterprises, system reformation and enterprise differentiation.
  It has not been long since pension scheme was introduced. Despite the current state of things, a great endeavor is required in order to attain a bright future.
