영문 초록

  In this article is treated the disposition of notification. The disposition of notification is shortly called the notification. We can find the notification in 13 Acts. The notification is usually issued to an offender in type of a written notice. Administration may order the payment of penalty or the other obligation.
  The person who has received the notification don"t have to pay the penalty. If any person who has paid the penalty, shall not be punished again for the same offence.
  The contents of this article is as follows.

   1. Being prosecuted only upon accusation.
   2. Being treated according to Act on the proceedings for summary judgement.
