영문 초록

  Asset-Backed Securitization of our country is not arriving in stage that ripen up to now.
  Specially, unfolding of Securitization allowed purpose in arrangement of insolvent bond.
  Therefore, loaning, sale bond which are connected to loan on credit such as insolvent bond accomplished center of object property of Securitization.
  Recently, Securitization system is observed as one of fund-raising method that is Real New way. Therefore, to adapt in internationalized banking construction, we need to activate ABS system.
  If see aspect that is object extension of Securitization of new type such as increase of real estate development credit , house banking construction work"s SLB loaning bond, at point that diversification on objects of asset was already spread in money market may be encouragement.
  But Base of Securitization of our country has not been readied. Therefore to set in international standard, we must activate fluidization, put in good order law and system as well as in qualitative elevation and reform.
