국내외 직업적성검사의 전반적 동향분석: 정신지체인용 직업적성검사 개발을 위한 함의

국문 초록

  이 연구는 국내외 직업적성검사의 하위 적성요인, 대상, 검사형태 및 소요시간, 타당도 및 신뢰도 등 전반적 동향을 분석함으로써 정신지체인용 직업적성검사도구 개발을 위한 함의를 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 국내외 학술데이터베이스를 검색하여 관련 문헌을 검토한 후 모두 26종의 국내외 직업적성 검사도구를 분석대상 도구로 삼았다. 분석결과, 첫째, 기존 직업적성검사도구의 하위 적성요인은 최소 1개 이상의 도구에서 선정한 요인(상황 판단력)부터 23개의 도구에서 선정한 요인(언어력)까지 다양한 분포를 보였다. 둘째, 대상 집단은 일반인용 18종, 장애인용 2종, 겸용이 6종으로 나타났으며, 국내에는 장애인용 검사도구가 없었다. 대상 연령은 중학생이상을 대상으로 한 도구가 22종(84.6%)이었다. 셋째, 검사형태는 지필검사가 12종(46.2%), 컴퓨터용 8종(30.8%), 작업표본 6종(23.1%)이었으며, 소요시간은 1시간미만이 10종 (38.5%), 1시간이상 3시간미만이 12종(46.2%)이었다. 넷째, 대부분의 검사가 다양한 타당도와 신뢰도를 제시하고 있었으나, 작업표본의 경우 타당도와 신뢰도가 제시되지 않은 경우가 많았다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 정신지체인용 직업적성검사 도구를 개발하고자 할 때 고려해야 할 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this article was to obtain the foundation data for the development of vocational aptitude test for mental retardation through analysis of the subordinate aptitude factors, intended population, types and necessary time, reliability and validity of the vocational aptitude test. For this, after the related article resources database were reviewed, 26 vocational aptitude tests were selected out and analysed.
  The results of this study were as follows: First, the subordinate aptitude factors of the existing vocational aptitude tests showed diverse distribution from the ability of circumstantial judgement seeing more than one test at least to the verbal aptitude seeing 23 tests; Second, intended population were 18 tests for general population, 2 tests for people with disabilities and 6 tests for general population and people with disabilities, and 22 tests(84.6%) for above middle school age. There were no tests for people with disabilities in Korea; Third, the analysis about type of tests revealed 12 tests(46.2%) on paper and pens, 8 tests(30.8%) on computer and 6 tests(23.1%) of work sample. In necessary time, 10 tests(38.5%) were below one hour and 12 tests(38.5%) were from one to three hour; Fourth, Most tests presented variety types of validity and reliability, but most of work samples did not showed validity and reliability.
  To develop vocational aptitude test for mental retardation, the author discussed about problem awaiting solution and prospect which made criteria to select subordinate factors, need to development of tests for people with disabilities and web-based vocational aptitude test, made certain of validation during developing test based on results of this article.
