청소년을 위한 진로성숙도 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 진로에 관한 준비도를 측정하는 다양한 검사도구의 활용 및 문제점을 파악하고 Crites의 진로성숙 이론의 관점에서 진로 성숙에 관한 다차원적인 접근을 시도하였고 그 결과를 토대로 진로 성숙도 검사의 개념 모형을 만든 후에, 그 모형에 입각해서 제작한 기존 진로성숙도 도구(송인섭, 1995)를 여러 부분에서 수정ㆍ보완하고 새로운 영역과 문항을 첨가하여 타당화를 거쳤다. 이 연구는 각 검사 문항을 개발하기에 앞서 2003년도 12월 겨울방학 시작 전에 서울 및 수도권에 있는 중ㆍ고등학생 200여명을 대상으로 직업세계에 대한 사전조사를 실시하여 문항 개발시 새로운 직업분야를 다량 포함시켰다. 청소년의 진로와 직업선택에 관한 중요성이 더욱 크게 대두되고 있으며 직업군도 정교화되고 새로운 직업이 꾸준히 생성ㆍ소멸되고 있다. 또한, 나날이 직업의 세계가 세분화되고 첨단의 영역이 계속 개척되는 반면에 진로성숙도에 관한 문항은 세월이 많이 지난 지금도 오래 전의 것을 그대로 사용하므로 요즘의 실정과는 맞지 않는 영역이 많이 있다. 따라서, 지금의 직업세계 영역을 잘 반영하고 현실과 거리감이 없는 검사도구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study are investigations of existing test inventory in order to develop career maturity inventory which fit to our country's educational, social environment and adolescent's developmental situational and making validity of test inventory through developing new items. The concret object are as follows. 1) Finding out notion of career maturity and establishing models of career maturity inventory. 2) Making validity of career maturity inventory through development items which secure validity and reliability of each field on the basis of model of career maturity inventory. 3) Dividing measurement of career maturity inventory in according to distiction of middle and high school students' by using of career maturity inventory. Based on the results of the present study, the following conclusion can be made from theoretical, methodological and practical perspectives. 1) In theoretical perspectives, Career maturity of this study have character of total career test explained by definitive and cognitive perspectives, And for measuring these, Choosed measuring factors on the basis of CMI model Crites and rebuilded survey models make "theoretical scheme" of career maturity. 2) In methodelogical perspectives, Choosed technical approach method which fit to character of this study is utilized for making validity course of inventory. 3) In practical perspectives, Inventory which make validity in study have prescriptional character which present judgement growing through diagnosing career maturity.
