성공지능의 개념 준거에 따른 초등학교 가정학습 과제 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 가정 학습과제 내용의 속성을 성공지능의 하위구성요소에 따라 체계적으로 분석, 비교하여 분석적 지능, 창의적 지능 및 실제적 지능의 조화로운 향상에 기여할수 있는 방안을 탐색하는 데 있었다. 개념 준거로 성공지능의 세 하위 요소인 분석적 지능, 창의적 지능, 실제적 지능이 사용되었으며 대구, 청주, 청원 소재 초등학교에서 근무하는 64명의 교사로부터 수집한 891개 과제를 분석했다. 분석적 지능은 KISE의 요소로, 창의적 지능은 개방성, 유창성, 독창성, 조직성, 정교성의 다섯 요소로, 실제적 지능은 학습전략, 자기 및 타인 이해 능력, 긍정적 자기 개념, 대인관계 능력, 성실성 등 다섯 요소로 분석했다. 연구 결과는 저, 중, 고학년 모두 분석적 지능, 창의적 지능, 실제적 지능의 순서로 관련된 과제를 제시했으며 분석적, 창의적, 및 실제적 지능과 관련된 과제 부과율은 각각 전체의 73.9%, 16.5%, 9.6%이었다. 또한 가정학습 과제를 제시할 때 특정한 목표를 달성하기 위해 계획적이고 체계적으로 과제가 제시되기 보다는 교과의 내용, 시기, 양 등과 함께 교사의 주관적인 결정에 따라 결정되었던 것으로 밝혀졌다. 다만, 미술은 창의적 지능과 관련된 과제를, 도덕은 실제적 지능과 관련된 과제를 많이 제시했다. 앞으로 학습자들의 학교와 학교 밖 생활에서 성공하기 위해서 세 지능을 균형 있게 발전시킬 수 있는 실증적인 방안이 탐색되어야 하며, 체계적으로 가정학습 과제를 제시하는 방안이 탐색되어야 한다. 또한 창의적, 실제적 지능은 경쟁적인 분위기보다는 협력적인 분위기에서 향상될 수 있다는 점을 고려하여 가정학습 과제에 적합한 내용구성과 구체적인 학습지도 방법 탐색이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research was to analyze homework according to the sub-intelligences of successful intelligence. The three sub-intelligences are analytical, creative and practical intelligences. The data were collected 923 items from 64 elementary school teachers in Tae-gu, Chung-ju, and Chung-won areas. The criteria of analytical intelligence are the components of KISE; The criteria of creative intelligence are five creativity components (openness, fluency, originality, organization, elaboration); The criteria of practical intelligences are 5 components (learning strategy, the ability to understand self and others, positive self-conception, relationship, integrity). The following research questions were established for this study. ① What ratios are there in analytical, creative, practical intelligence? ② Are there any systematic ways or tendencies to improve certain intelligence? ③ How can the results help teaching and learning activities? The results of this research were as follows: First, The ratio of analytical intelligence, creative intelligence and practical intelligence were 73.9%, 16.5%, and 9.6% each other. Second, there were not any systematic way to improve certain intelligence. When teachers gave homework, they just followed the contents of textbook and their decisions what was important. Third, there were not any special way or reason to teach all grade students with three intelligences equally. According to this research, mathematics was focused on analytical intelligence, art was focused on creative intelligence, and ethics was focused on practical intelligence. The followings could be suggested based on the results of this research: First, a practical strategy should be investigated for harmonious improvement of three sub-intelligences of successful intelligence for students. Second, teachers should consider the close relationship between home learning and homework when giving homework for students. Third, teachers should foster comfortable and liberal learninginstruction environment to improve students' practical and creative intelligence.
