영문 초록

This study is relating with the main contents of the new real estate registration law in Japan. This new law is made a sweeping revision because online system has to be used for an application of the real estate registration. This new law, which was revised on June 1. 2004, should be put in force until one year. According to this law, there are two different application systems(on online and on offline) for real estate registration because Japan people can feel the confusion at the time of application of this registration. The main points of this law is as follows. 1. New using of legal terms and the law's object 2. The different application systems(on online and on offline) 3. Out of using of "the principle of the attendance" 4. Use the electronic sign and the electronic certification 5. New identity system of a applied party by the positive control of the public service worker 6. Using the registration information on online 7. Using reasons of the right on the real estate registration through online 8. Electronic recording about related several documents including map 9. modernizing languages of law Nowadays Korea is preparing with the application of the real estate registration through online. Korea also should consider with the new real estate registration law of Japan which prescribe the online system for this registration application.
