국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 통합교육 관련 원격 직무연수 교육과정의 운영 실태를 분석하여 통합교육 관련 원격 직무연수의 개선 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교육부에서 인증한 25개 원격교육연수원에서 운영되는 29개 통합교육 관련 연수를 추출하여 내용분석(content analysis) 방법에 따라 분석하였다. 연구 결과 통합교육 관련 원격 직무연수는 첫째, 대상 측면에서는 전체 교원·전체 학교급을 대상으로 하는 연수, 연수 시간 측면에서는 15시간 이하의 연수가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연수 차원에서는 전체 18개의 소주제 중 30% 이상~49% 이하를 다루는 연수가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 주제 차원에서는 통합교육 정의 및 필요성과 행동지도 영역을 다룬 연수가 가장 많았다. 위 결과를 바탕으로 연구 대상 및 학교급에 따른 맞춤형 연수, 특정 분야를 깊이 있게 다루는 전문 연수 등 향후 통합교육 관련 원격 직무연수가 목표해야 할 방향 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the operational status of distance in-service training programs related to inclusive education and to propose improvement measures for such training programs. To this end, 29 training courses related to inclusive education, operated by 25 distance education institutes certified by the Ministry of Education, were selected and analyzed using content analysis. The study results showed that, first, in terms of the target audience, most training programs were designed for all teachers across all school levels, with the majority of the programs having a duration of 15 hours or less. Second, in terms of training dimensions, most courses covered between 30% and 49% of the 18 subtopics identified. Third, in terms of subject matter, training on the definition and necessity of inclusive education and behavior management were the most common. Based on these findings, the study suggests directions for future distance in-service training programs related to inclusive education, such as developing tailored training for specific target audiences and school levels, as well as offering specialized training that covers specific areas in depth. Recommendations for future research are also provided.
