토픽 모델링을 활용한 중국 대학에서의 창의성 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 학술 논문 사이트(知网)에서 2006년부터 2023년까지 발표된 중국 대학의 창의성 관련 학술 논문을 수집하고, 논문 초록을 중심으로 텍스트 네트워크 분석과 토픽 모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 통해 논문 초록 내 주요 단어들 간의 관계를 시각화하고, 이들의 상호 연관성을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 각 논문의 주요 주제와 그들 간의 연관성을 도출하였다. 또한, 토픽 모델링을 통해 다양한 주제를 식별하고, 각 주제의 출현 빈도와 시간에 따른 변화를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 중국 대학에서의 창의성 연구 동향과 주요 경향을 심층적으로 이해할 수 있었다. 토픽 모델링 분석 결과, ‘산학융합 창의적 복합형 광고디자인 인력 양성’, ‘종합 예술교육 및 창업 과정 체계 구축’, ‘창의적 소프트웨어 공학 교수법 혁신’, ‘예술대학 창업 인재 양성’, ‘광고학과 패션문화 융합 수업’, ‘혁신 인재 양성 모델’, ‘예술디자인 교육에서의 혁신 교수법’, ‘전인 교육과 문화 가치 탐구’, ‘창의적 인재 양성을 위한 교육 과정 구축’ 등 9개의 주요 토픽이 도출되었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 중국 대학의 창의성 연구 방향을 제시하고, 향후 연구와 교육 정책 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 데 기여하였다.

영문 초록

This study collected creativity-related academic papers from Chinese universities published from 2006 to 2023 from Chinese academic paper sites and conducted text network analysis and topic modeling analysis on the abstracts of the papers. Text network analysis was used to visualize the relationships between keywords in the abstracts of the papers and identify their interrelationships. From this, we derived the main topics of each paper and the connections between them. Topic modeling was also used to identify different topics and analyze their frequency of occurrence and changes over time. This provided an in-depth understanding of the trends and major trends in creativity research in Chinese universities. The topic modeling analysis resulted in nine major themes, including “Cultivating creative industry-university-complex advertising and design talents,” “Establishing a comprehensive art education and entrepreneurship course system,” “Innovating creative software engineering teaching methods,” “Cultivating entrepreneurial talents in art universities,” “Advertising and fashion culture integration classes,” “Innovative talent cultivation models,” “Innovative teaching methods in art and design education,” “Exploring holistic education and cultural values,” and “Establishing a curriculum to cultivate creative talents. The results of this analysis contribute to the direction of creativity research in Chinese universities and provide useful information for future research and educational policy formulation.
