국문 초록

본 연구는 부산시 소재 4년제 D 대학교 아동학전공 학습자 114명을 대상으로 자기수용이 예비보육교사의 주관적 행복감과 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 자료 분석은 자기수용, 주관적 행복감, 삶의 만족도에 대한 기술통계분석, Pearson의 상관분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기수용 정도는 평균 수준 정도이며, 주관적 행복감과 삶의 만족도 정도는 평균보다 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비보육교사가 인식하는 자기수용과 주관적 행복감, 삶의 만족도 간에는 정적상관이 있으며, 자기수용 수준이 높을수록 주관적 행복감과 삶의 만족도 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기수용은 예비보육교사의 주관적 행복감과 삶의 만족도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 자기수용 변인의 영향력을 검증하는 데 의의가 있으며, 자기수용이 예비보육교사의 긍정적 심리자원으로 활용될 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of self-acceptance on the subjective happiness and life satisfaction of pre-service childcare teachers on 114 learners majoring in child studies at a four-year D university in Busan. Data analysis was performed on self-acceptance, subjective happiness, and life satisfaction with descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, the degree of self-acceptance was about average, and the degree of subjective happiness and life satisfaction was found to be higher than average. Second, there was a positive correlation between self-acceptance, subjective happiness, and life satisfaction perceived by pre-service childcare teachers, and the higher the level of self-acceptance, the higher the level of subjective happiness and life satisfaction. Third, self-acceptance was found to have a positive effect on the subjective happiness and life satisfaction of pre-service childcare teachers. This study is meaningful in verifying the influence of self-acceptance variables, and suggests the need for self-acceptance to be used as a positive psychological resource for pre-service childcare teachers.
