기독교 유아교사의 생태유아교육 실천 경험

국문 초록

본 연구는 기독교 유아교사가 생태유아교육을 어떻게 실천하고 경험하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기독교 세계관 중심으로 생태유아교육과정을 실천하고 있는 Y시 어린이집 교사 3명을 연구참여자로 선정, 2022년 12월부터 2023년 1월까지 집단 및 개별 면담을 실시하였고, 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 기독교 유아교사가 실천하고 있는 생태유아교육은 ‘닮음, 자연스럽게 스며듦’은 ‘하나님이 지으신 자연에서의 놀이’, ‘자유의지를 실행하기 위한 노력’으로, ‘차이, 혼란을 경험’은 ‘출발점의 차이에 따른 혼란과 실천 보류’, ‘각자의 방식대로 교육’으로, ‘조율, 변화된 발돋움’은 ‘생태유아교육을 통한 기독교 활동의 교육 방법 개선’, ‘생태유아교육을 통한 성경적 관점 재발견’으로 범주화하였다. 이를 통하여 기독교 세계관에 기초한 생태유아교육에 대한 기초자료 및 질적 향상 방안을 제시할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the practical application and lived experiences of Christian early childhood teachers in eco-early childhood education. For this purpose, three teachers of a childcare center in Y City, who are practicing an eco-early childhood education curriculum based on the Christian worldview, were selected as the research group and individual interviews were conducted and analyzed using qualitative research methods from December 2022 to January 2023. As a result of the study, on eco-early childhood education practiced by Christian early childhood teachers, the category of “Resemblance and natural permeation” includes “Playing in nature created by God,” “Trying to exercise free will,” and “Experiencing difference and confusion.” as “Confusion and pending of action due to differences in starting point,” “Educating in one’s way,” and “Coordinate, change, and take steps forward” were categorized as “Improving Christian education methods through ecological early childhood education,” “Rediscovery of biblical perspective through ecological early childhood education.” Basic data and quality improvement measures for ecological early childhood education based on the Christian worldview can be presented.
